[MCPE-167967] Massive lag spike

I run a Bedrock Server and since the most recent update, players have complained about a huge increase in overall lag.
Things like (but not limited to)

Phasing through blocks
Blocks taking longer to break, not showing animation or making sound when breaking
Random damage when flying
Constant disconnections from the server
Taking longer for floating blocks to be picked up and appear in inventory

However, this issue is Invalid.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets.
However, please review the Bug Tracker Guidelines before creating new reports. Be sure to search for an existing issue as it is likely to have already been reported.

Reports of lag are only accepted if they contain a list of steps that someone else can follow to produce the specific observed lag.
