No texture for hand/arm

Basically there is no texture for your hand with UI on or off it just doesn't pop up which frustrates me incredibly because it seems to have nothing pop up in closing blocks, items, etc. Nothing pops up, everything breaks and places and attacks as it should there is just no graphic to it.
