[MCPE-168125] New "You Died!" screen is not available when the Education Edition toggle is enabled

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to Settings > Video and enable the New “You Died” Screen option
Create a new world with the Education Edition toggle enabled
Switch to Survival mode and type /kill in the chat

Observed Results:
The old "You Died" screen appears.

Expected Results:
The new "You Died" screen appears.

Original Description:
My New "You Died!" Screen option is open,and it doesn't working on this version on world created by previous versions. But create on 1.19.80.20 a world is working.That why?

Have you any add-ons applied to your world? Does it affect multiple worlds?

However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.

Old worlds are not meant to receive any features from versions 1.18 and onward.

The "You Died!" screen not being available while using resource packs is intentional per the 1.20.30 changelog, so I have removed that part from the report.
