Unable to have custom skins

It happens to everyone who uses the builds.

same issue on Android 6.0 LG G4 running this build, gives me something along the lines of "this is not a valid skin silly" 50% of the time and the other 50% when i get it to work it doesn't show up or save it just looks like Steve or Alex and only the skin packs work, much like it said here

Please remember to search before posting. Search is that button top right. Try a string like MCPE unresolved custom skin and you'll find it right away. Currently 47% of all MCPE tickets are duplicates!
