Since the new update, 1.19.70, hoppers can't be placed into chests, smelters and other hoppers. Signs can't be placed onto chests and hoppers. Full blocks can't be placed on hoppers and chests. In all cases the entity opens as if you want to look inside. Bug only appears on multiplayer server, not in single player.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets.
