I try to create a character in the creator and then it doesn't show or save my changes

Please use English when replying in the comments, as this is official language used at this site. Do you mean that the issue does not reproduce for you anymore and can be closed, or something else?

Do you have any resource packs enabled? If so, does disabling them fix the issue?
