I've tried all methods to delete folders and nothing resolved ,
NOT installed anything Third , I have the direct application from Google Play, not me ONLY WITH THAT bug , HAS more people who are with the SAME please Problem solve IT in the next Update 0.16 thank you and have hum good day.

this usually happens equally in windows 10.
Please try renaming or deleting the resource_packs folder then restarting the game. If this does not work, please comment your device make, mode, version of OS, any mods or third party apps you have installed on MCPE-16647.
