Text to speech still not working

As the title states.  Ever since 1.19 (honestly don't remember the last time it worked), text-to-speech stopped working.  At one point I could get it working by turning it off and then back on in the game settings but even that has ceased to work.  The latest update changelog states "Players are now prompted with the option to enable text-to-speech, if supported, on first startup".  What does this mean?  I've had text-to-speech before so shouldn't that mean my PC is supported?

edit: seems it has something to do with windows 11.  text-to-speech is working on my windows 10 pc.  I will try to investigate more

Disregard. I discovered, for whatever reason, when I use my earbuds (KZ ZS10 Pro) wirelessly with the KZ AZ09 bluetooth adapter KZ AZ09 the text-to-speech doesn't work.  If I plug them in and use them through the headphone jack on my PC then text-to-speech works.  Also, when I connect another set of bluetooth earbuds (Galaxy Buds 2 Pro) the text-to-speech works.  I have no idea whats going on. 😃

Resolving as Invalid, as this is caused by a Windows setting, not the game.

Minecraft Narrator uses the default communication device. You can change the default communication device in Windows 11 by going to: Settings (in Windows) -> Sound -> More sound settings -> in Playback, right click the correct audio device -> Set as Default Communication Device.
