In the middle on game play, Left Trigger stops working. Can't place objects, can't open chest. Only resolution has been to save and exit and re-enter world.

I can't replicate it organically, but i encountered it again yesterday and uploaded a clip (see attached). Yes, so when I encounter the issue, i have to leave the world and re-enter, and functionality returns.
I replicated the issue differently this time. We had a multiplayer 3rd screen, and they exited. As soon as they did, chunks stopped forming and again, no left trigger functionality.
