Gamepad selection bugs.

When using a gamepad with Bluetooth, the cursor and selection is weird. In settings and menus like the create world menu, trying to scroll through the groups on the left won't always scroll down, and the options on the right sometimes can't be interacted with. In the inventory and block interfaces, moving the cursor sometimes makes it go to certain areas when you let go, for example, trying to organize your inventory in creative sometimes moves the cursor to the block selection on the left when trying to pick up an item in your inventory on the right. This was done on Samsung S21 running Android 13.
