[MCPE-168947] Vibration resonance doesn't work if you place the block of amethyst under the sculk sensor

In Bedrock Edition vibration resonance only works when you place a block of amethyst next to a sculk sensor, whilst on Java Edition it works even when you place it under the sculk sensor
