Steps to reproduce:
Put a strip of rails, powered or otherwise
Place a minecart with an entity in it
Push the minecart into the gateway
Observed Results:
The minecart crashes into the side of the gateway, even if powered, it doesn't bounce back or go through.
Expected Results:
The minecart would warp through the gateway just as an empty one would.
