Cheats slider available in survival

DEVICE: Samsung Galaxy Tab A

I created a survival world with cheats disabled on the latest beta and upon entering the world, I went to the settings and the enable cheats option was still there. Shouldnt it be gone if I had them disabled when I created the world?

The second photo shows the settings screen right after spawning.
