Crosshair moves too slowly

I use a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S with 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, and a MediaTek Helio G95 CPU, which always works well with touch control.
I also use a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, and a Snapdragon 720G CPU, which serves me the same, and has the same problem.
I tried turning up the mouse sensitivity from 50% to 100% but nothing changed.

Steps to reproduce:

• Plug a mouse and a keyboard into an Android phone

• Log into a world

• Try to move and look around using the mouse and keyboard

• Find out that the cursor moves fast but the crosshair doesn't

I updated to 1.19.8x, and the problem still exists. However, as soon as 1.20 comes, my mouse and keyboard work again. So thank you for looking into my issue, (and also 1.20 seems to have more fps than 1.19, at least on my device)!
