[MCPE-169851] Health bar and hunger bar disappearing issue

When I go to a mob one block above me, the shadow gets into my health bar and my hunger bar on my hotbar. Please fix the bug. Thanks!

same thing happened to me but on creative and there is no way to fix it. it just removed my hotbar
