[MCPE-170086] Cannot destroy blocks in creative.

Cant destroy blocks in creative. Game shows “debris” as if block were destroyed but the block itself remains.

Linked issues

Update : Setting for delayed block breaking was defaulted to ‘on’ after update. Toggled off and resolved issue.
