[MCPE-170358] Black rectangle hinders mobile hotbar in inventory

When an item is picked up from the inventory, a black rectangle will eventually appear on the hotbar. Depending on the name of the item, this rectangle can cover the entire bar, delaying the player's choice, which has to wait for the rectangle to disappear
