Import structure block

I play in a Realm with two accounts: one from PS4 where I'm the owner of the Realm, and the other from my pc (windows). I (with the ps4 account) set my other account as an operator of the world on the realm. Then I tried to import an image with the structure block (with the pc account) but it doesn't work. It works just on the worlds where I'm the first creator with my pc account (so simple worlds you can create with commands activated). How can I import images on the realm?
