[MCPE-170687] Adding the command light level to light block is not possible

Hello developers, I want to ask if this is a bug or is it just a command change? When I add the light level for the light block, the command /fill or /setblock doesn't work?

The command has changed and it is now /fill ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ light_block ["block_light_level" : 15]
