[MCPE-170761] Unable to navigate down when using the D-PAD in the NPC Dialogue Buttons when there are more than 3 buttons on PC controller and on XBOX

using a controller (any controller, on any platform) I am not able to navigate down when there are more than 3 buttons

Could you please specify what pack are you using, that can reproduce your issue?
