The Bug
Chat can be opened in death state via keyboard shortcuts.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create or open world with cheats enabled;
2. Kill your character;
3. While buttons are not appeared press Enter or T (or any other button defined in Keyboard Layout);
4. Bug recreated.
Observed Behavior
Chat opens and you can send messages.
Expected Behavior
There are two expectations:
1. Chat GUI is not accessible via keyboard shortcuts;
2. Chat GUI still opens, but any attempts to send messages or commands leads to "Cannot send chat message" error.
Additional Note
If "Respawn" button is selected and pressed with Enter, then this can cause game to softlock. This can be seen in the end of attached video.
