[MCPE-170997] Fall through farmland block

When you plow a dirt block to get the farmland block, then jump on top while crouching not crouching turning it back to dirt. You are able to glitch into the block. This bug isn't severe, but if there is a dug out area underneath the dirt, then you will fall through the dirt causing you to glitch completely through.
