When you open a chat, the item in the hot bar changes to the last one

I also encountered this bug, it is very annoying at times, for example, when you want to enchant your instrument through a command. I ask the dear team of developers who are working on the bedrock edition to fix this problem on touch devices (Android).

I am unable to reproduce this. Does the issue still occur if you disable your resource packs?
