Baby villagers can get stuck between fences and full blocks

I noticed that villagers can get stuck between snow and fences. Sometimes, the villagers will get stuck in snow blocks and cannot move and I have to dig them out. This has happened to my village in the End, so I'm not sure if it occurs with villages in the Overworld.
