Craftable and inventory don't cycle with L1 / L2 game controller

Previously the L1 / L2 button let you cycle between all items. Including craftable and inventory. 
It's not anymore (compared to the previous preview version) or current stable release
There is nothing specified in the release notes about it as wel.
