[MCPE-171256] Glitch when swapping brush

If you attack using the brush it starts brushing until you press the use button, but if you switch the held item after attacking with the brush which makes it brush infinitely it does nothing, but if you switch the held item again the held item and hotbar glitches, rapidly swapping the 2 items.
