[MCPE-171337] 1.5 sneaking while runing into stairs in 3rd/2nd person camera is buged

if you walk into stairs in 3rd/2nd person camera your camera will be buged

to remake the bug first enable 1.5 sneaking

then place stairs 1 block from the ground one facing right

and another one place it at the first stair but this time make face left

sneak then walk into the stair

go into 3rd/2nd camera
