[MCPE-171630] No resources dropped when mined

Started a fresh world for 1.20 came across a ruined end portal got a fortune 1 efficiency 2 gold pickaxe tried to mine some iron ore and opper ore with it and didnt get anything tried multiple times?!? But it works fine on coal.🤷🏾‍♂️

Golden pickaxes cannot be used to mine most ore blocks, which is intended, see MCPE-5357.
