Back items won't show up in the character creator

When I go to choose a back item for a custom character, the "Owned items" category vanishes soon after opening the tab. No known means of replication

Where did the rear items acquired over time, from achievements and events go?

Welp, not sure of the cause of how it got fixed, but I saw the missing category come back, so problem solved, i guess?
