Parrot is rendered too darkly when under a block

Are you using any add-ons, and if so, which ones (name and creator)?
Does the issue still occur if the add-ons are deactivated?

After reentering the world I've played, this problem still occurs.

The bug can be reproduced like this:

1. Place a 3x3 wall using any lightblocking fullblocks

2. Break the middle one

3. Put / spawn a parrot in it
