[MCPE-172433] Endermen doesn´t stop when u look at their eyes

Summary:

In Minecraft Java Edition, when you look at Enderman eyes, it will be angry with you, but will stop chasing you while you look in it´s eyes, a parity issue

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft Java and Bedrock Edition

2. Found an Enderman

3. Look at Enderman eyes in both Editions

Observed Results:

Unlike Minecraft Java Edition, When looked in the eyes, Bedrock Endermans won´t stop chasing you

Expected Results:

Bedrock Bedrock Edition should have it too. A thing added to Minecraft Java 1.14
