Random skin showing in multiplayer server instead of character made in dressing room

My skin will not show in game on the Minecraft server I play on. I've tried switching it with other skins in the dressing room but it wont change from this random one (that I've never seen before) and I've tried logging out of my Mc acc, re-adding the server, resetting my device and updating and turning my status thing online as well as switching the only allowed trusted skins thing off and on. (I looked up multiple solutions and none of them worked) I'm not sure if it's a server issue since it only happens with this server, not any of the other ones or your own create a world or if its a Minecraft bug. Also to mention, my skin is not imported its made in the dressing room and it still shows on the home screen and this bug usually showed up in the beginning as just a thing I could log out and rejoin and it would fix itself. But it has been stuck as the random one for almost a week. Photos show both me trying to switch skins and not working and it fixing itself in a new regular world save and the hive server. For more info, the reproducing is just joining the server. Dying in game or leaving the server will not fix it either.
