[MCPE-172906] Cannot use a shovel to craft boats

When I try to craft a boat in Minecraft Bedrock from 0.11 it does needed a shovel but in 1.20.10 it does not want to craft a boat with a shovel.

As stated in the newest Changelog https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/17381681401357-Minecraft-1-20-10-Bedrock-, Shovels are no longer needed to craft boats.
