When I checked the eye section of the Character Creator, there was only one eye option, the others were missing that weren’t in the previous versions of this game. I checked every other section and it only showed the default characters’ items and the items I bought.

I've been having this issue too, all the options for customisation before just seem to have disappeared leaving the default ones, hoping this is resolved soon
