[MCPE-173351] 1.20.10+ Multiplayer Connection Timeouts

While trying to connect to friend's worlds, it will load for a long time, before giving me a screen that says "Connection Timed Out". My friends are also unable to join my worlds with the same issue for them. In the 1.20.10 version of the game, friends were able to join, but got kicked out a lot.
