[MCPE-173554] Minecraft icon doesn't fill in the circle shape and there is no Monet theming

It looks ugly, especially right next to Monet icons. And it's been several years so far. Why is that, Mojang?

It's ok on custom shells like MIUI, but AOSP/Pixel for some reason not
