[MCPE-173611] Command Block Minecarts lose all writing inside after closing and reopening the interface

After placing down and writing in a Command Block Minecart, the code used in it is erased upon reopening. This probably wasn’t found because nobody uses command block minecarts, but it makes them really hard to use
