I have an iron farm that has worked flawlessly throughout Bedrock 1.19 that is now regularly spawning golems outside the farm (i.e. outside a 17x13x17 blocks space from any of the bed pillows. The village has no bell. I have tried spawn proofing an addition 4 blocks out in all directions using both leaves and then buttons - and golems are STILL spawning outside the farm.

Are there any villager-related (beds, workstations) outside your iron farm but still nearby (100 blocks or less)? It is possible that the villagers linked to these and so "expanded" the village to include them. It can also be helpful to include screenshots that clearly show the entire setup.
Please also limit commentary to information that is helpful in diagnosing the issue. Comments that are primarily critical and unhelpful may be removed.
