In the 2 screenshots i added you can see that the rain doesnt show when your in the desert but in the lushcave below the desert the rain starts showing again this can be replicated in any desert by going down and if there is a lush cave biome i think this should be the case for a dripstone cave biome too the coordinates are shown in the picture and the seed is -7444238458398777528 but the hole was made by myself and i do not know the seed of the world of the original picture
