I have to eat any kind of food multiple time to eat it just once

when I go to eat something in the game at the end of the animation of eating my hunger bar goes up and down right after as if I had never eaten the item, causing me to have to eat 3 times something to count only once

You can reproduce it by just eating since it happens every time, even in single player world
