1) Bug is extremely rare and only happened twice. This may be replicated by making small mouse movements while sprint-jumping in a three block tall area.
2) The player head will move briefly for about half a second, changing position above my monitors frame rate (60 fps), making the screen flash between positions. My character did not move but only the position of where the character was looking changed.
3) Camera and inputs should be made more stable.
