Game Crashes Upon Opening

Issue 1 - When opening specific worlds not all of them, the game crashes after trying to load. There are several issues surrounding this which I will describe. Our MAIN world we’ve been playing and building for several months, all the sudden crashes everytime, after the recent update. The first thing I noticed was Every time we restart the game, it again displays the latest update and the items added or fixed. It should only display this once. We tried copying the world and then accessing. This didn’t work. Tried reinstalling the game, this didn’t work either. Aside from showing the recent update EVERYTIme we start the game, it also wants to download the resource packs repeatedly. We use the creator pack, and Every time you restart the game, you have to download the resource pack again. Some of the other worlds load for player 1, then when a second player joins, it crashes. It’s frustrating to be told that this is not a bug and crashes should be addressed by another team, since we can’t play the game we purchased as intended. There’s a thousand different ways to figure this out with direct communication, but it’s obviously easier to say “not our problem so we’re closing your ticket”. Funny thing is, we’re not the only ones having the issue, so it’s not a matter of user error. Please do more to investigate the issue and feel free to contact me directly by email or phone. This is the ONLY GAME my 8 year old plays, and he’s very upset that he can’t play at all since your last update dropped. Making a video is pointless since there’s nothing to show. I turn on the Xbox, select the map I want to play and hit play button. It asks to download the resource pack (again) then hit play and it crashes. Never goes past this. 

Issue 2 - The command bar is also not working. When you put in a command, for example /effect @s command_block, you should be able to stop at /effect @s co hit start button, then forward on the d pad to complete the command from a list of options. This no longer works.
