If you mine a block with any door it will take damage. Can be fixed by placing the door down and breaking to restore it. Does also work when stacked.

This is a duplicate of MCPE-14761 which has been fixed in the current beta testing versions available only on Android. The fix will roll out to all platforms in a later update.
