Golden Apple gives extra Absorption hearts after relogging

When eating a regular golden apple and then reloading the world, it gives you 4 extra hearts for no reason. If you reload the world again, you will be given an extra 2 hearts.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Eat a golden apple

2. Save and Quit

3. Select world
