[MCPE-174711] Ender Dragon is not visible beyond 64 blocks after leaving/reentering the world or dimension

When there is an ender dragon you are normally able to see it at any distance.
However, when you go to another dimension or exit and rejoin the world, it ceases to be fully visible until you are within a radius of 64 blocks.
