The villager that were born in my own village didn't access to his home and however they linked to the workstations and bed they didn't enter into the building.
in some other buildings i solve this just creating a door in a different side of the building but it doesn't make sense at all this time because even putting double doors or extra doors they decide to not enter.

The dirt path blocks in front of the doors are causing the issue. You can replace them with a different block until this bug is fixed.
