Technical bug, present before version 1.20.40.20.
This is a technical error, it was solved in previous versions, but not completely!
I explain: On java in hanging tablets, there is a function that you can write 2 times fewer letters than on ordinary tablets.
On bedrock (a bug has been fixed in recent versions, and now the same number of letters can fit in the hanging plates (as it works on java), but this bug has not been completely fixed).
And so what's the reason: You have added functionality to the hanging plates (there are fewer letters in the hanging plates than in the usual ones), But you have made this functionality of the plates, only with English language support!
1 plate: Support for English letters.
2 and 3 plate: Support for Russian and Arabic letters(You added support for English letters, but! You have not added support for other languages to the functionality of the Hanging plates, and because of this, the functionality of the plates does not fully work for you (when writing letters in other languages, it fits as many letters as in ordinary plates, although it should fit 2 times more!).
This bug applies to all languages except English. After all, you added only English support for the functionality.
