Worlds crash when removing files

Can't find this anywhere so I'm posting.

Inside MC it says if you delete Behavior or Texture pacts it's dangerous.  It's beyond that cause if you do it one time your world is done.  So, what to do?  Remove the files from the hard drive and restart the world?  Nope, don't do it.  Kills the world/map.  NPC wont load, the y button won't work, and you can't save after you do.

Not all files are meant to go into the world, why can't you delete the ones that don't work or are old?  It's your graphics card?..um, no its not.  I have my org. computer at the docs right now so I loaded my stuff on my kids computer and it works just fine.  Until I delete a folder that I dont want.  Developers should be able to clean up their work.

This is going on now for 2 months...and I can't find any answers anywhere.  Its hard to believe after 7 years I can't delete files that don't work.

Is Blockbench causing something to not work inside MC?  I added 2 more sticks to 64 so I know its not ram.  Amd is on my other computer and this is NVidia.

Corruption?  Nope, I took older maps off my server that are just fine and it still breaks down inside MC.  Happens only when removing files.

In general, use of external applications such as Blockbench are not supported by Mojang.
An modification of files outside of Minecraft itself should be preceded by creating and verifying backups of any worlds that might be affected.
