Blocks like glass and water are not affected by shadows and do not reflect the scenery. they are not affected by the texture's PBR for some reason, the block behaves as if it had the Deferred feature disabled.
The texture used was the vanilla RTX recommended by Mojang, but any other texture that has PBR the bug continues to occur.
