[MCPE-175279] My device don't have deferred technical preview option even with all the requirements

as per the requirement my device should have the deferred technical preview but even with the new version I tried it with a supported shader but deferred technical preview option is not clickable ,in previous version it was clickable though it failed all the time not it's not even clickable
